A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing; contact information including address, telephone number, and email; a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and a statement of accuracy made under penalty of perjury.
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our designated agent. The counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake, and consent to jurisdiction.
Dialektli will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
